I have had pets my entire life and decided at a young age that somehow in my life I would always find a way to care for animals.
I have watched people’s pets since I was 14 years old and never stopped.  I worked in a pet store caring for all the small animals for 4 years and I finally discovered my passion while taking numerous dog training classes with my Rat Terrier, Tyson.

I obtained an associates degree in Biology and successfully graduated from the Animal Behavior College as a certified dog trainer in December of 2004. I most recently received my CPDT certification and am constantly attending training seminars to continue and keep updated on my knowledge of dog training and behavior.

I currently reside with my partner, Maria, our young son Stephen and our two dogs. Tyson, our rat terrier was 4 months old when I got him in June, 2001 and we rescued DeSoto, our Entlebucher/Hound mix November of 2010 when he was about 2 years old.

IMAG0371Diana Quintana – Host Family

Hello my name is Diana.  My daughter Jess and I love to welcome dogs into our home.   Dogs have always been a part of my life.  As a child I grew up with a Beagle and a Dalmation.  When the dogs come to visit Jess and I will treat them like family.  We love to play outside in our fenced in yard or go for long walks. Each dog has a unique personality and we love to get to know each and every one.

Sheryl McMillan – Pet Sitter

I have had pets all my life (dogs, cats, birds, fish, etc.).  I am currently owned by two beautiful senior cats that I recently adopted (Sammy & Salley).  I love dogs, but cannot have them at this point in my life, so I dog sit instead.  It’s like having grandchildren (you watch them and then send them home to their parents..lol).

Linda Banasiak – Dog Walker / Pet Sitter

Hi I’m Linda. I grew up with our mixed rescue dog, Lance, as a small child and had the chance to grow with and train our puppy Elke, an elkhound mix and rescue, in my adolescent years. I have always felt a special closeness with dogs because their love is so unconditional and I see that as an example to strive for. I love cats and had two in my 20s and 30s. My beagle, Maggie, and puggle, Sophie, are my best buddies. It has been so rewarding to get to know clients’ dogs as each one shines in their own way.

I have had the pleasure of being surrounded by all kinds of pets my whole life. I enjoy their company whether its playing outside or just lying down watching t.v. together. I am a dog parent to a 14 year old cockapoo and I’m looking forward to caring for your pets with the same love that I give to my own!

Hello, my name is Kimberly Urbano, also known to my friends and family as an absolute Dog lover. I’ve been volunteering at my local animal shelter for about 5 years and also foster puppies and other rescue dogs.  I have my own rescue at home.  Her name is Coco and she completes our family.  I have always felt that “Dogs are people too!”

Amanda Hammer – Substitute Dog Walker

I have grown up with dogs of all different breeds and that has made me into a huge animal lover. I have a 4 year old lab mix that I consider to be my best friend. I really enjoy spending my time with him and other animals. They bring such joy to my life that I want to show them all the love that they show me! I can’t wait to meet some of the furry members of your family!
